A Day at the Beach

The day was nice enough for us to have a weeny roast on the beach at my parent's place. If it weren't for the bonfire we had going, we would have all been popsicles - it is VERY cold down by the lake still!

I took some photos of these very strange looking moss and fungi that were tossed off of the old roof of their cabana. The growths were actually quite interesting to look at.


These lovelies have been hanging around my parent's yard lately, much to Dad's dismay. They eat everything!
